For 2026, we return to Ski to Sea for the second time as los Vamos Volcanes.

Volcanoes are shaped over time by history and layers, and so are we. Our team reflects the many identities within our Latine community, different countries, traditions, and stories, all carrying a shared fire within.

Each team member brings their own story, and this race is our moment to rise juntos. A moment to be seen, to move with purpose and pride. What we carry isn’t just strength, it’s our history, our resilience, and our vibrant Latine community.

Like volcanoes that create new ground, we’re building something bigger than what we achieve on race day. Together, we’re representing our roots and opening pathways for belonging, leadership, and future generations to thrive.

Right now, some of our most impactful programs are still unfunded, and we’re working to change that. Through our Ski to Sea campaign, our goal is to raise $10,000 to support experiences like summer backpacking trips, our Summer Migrant Program, and our community boating program.

These programs are powerful, healing spaces where youth and families step into new skillsets and experience belonging in the very place they call home. Rooted in ACEs-informed practices, each moment on the trail or water helps strengthen identity, grow resilience, and open doors to new possibilities.
