BUILDING COMMUNITY THROUGH CONNECTION TO THE LAND AND ACCESS TO THE OUTDOORS
Fostering developmental justice for Latine youth through outdoor and academic programs.
Vamos Outdoors Project is a community-centered 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving Latine, Migrant, Multilingual, and Newcomer youth and families in Whatcom and Skagit counties. We are committed to advancing developmental justice through outdoor and academic programs by promoting healthy habits, social-emotional learning, and positive childhood experiences that foster healthy youth development. Additionally, we connect families with essential resources that support stability and growth within their communities. All of our programs are free and include meals, transportation, and necessary equipment.
